We utilise secure remote control software that can connect directly to the affected desktop, workstation or server and can be investigating in a matter of minutes, all we ask is that you have a working internet connection. The remote software has been designed to work without firewall reconfiguration and uses RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding for a completely secure session.
As a contract customer of be-IT you will be given a unique email address that you or anyone within your company* can use to pose general questions to our team, and you can use it whenever you like throughout the contract for advice.
9am to 6pm telephone support. Other hours can be negotiated with the terms of the contract.
Workday visits for repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting that cannot be done over the internet (out of hours maintenance can be arranged to minimize disruption to your company) - Currently this service is only available to customers in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.
