| • | Call out support is £38 per hour. |
| • | Telephone support is £20 per hour - if internet access is available, remote access may be required. |
| • | There is no call out fee, however there will be a minimum charge of one hour. |
| • | After the 1st hour subsequent hours are charged in half hour blocks. |
| • | Computer disposal is free for support customers, a charge will be applied for disposal only enquires, contact us with your requirements. |
Most work can be fixed within one hour, sometimes anti-spyware scans can run for an extended period of time. This is not charged for.
