Taking a deep dive into the tech market

As you should have seen by now (and if you haven’t, take a look under this blog) we released the results of our annual Salary Survey a few weeks ago.

Alongside the usual questions about job titles, levels of seniority and pay rates, we take the chance to ask a few other questions – taking the IT market’s temperature on a range of issues. Career intentions, working environment, job hunting methods – we take a deep dive into it all.

We’ve been doing these surveys for nine years now, so we've built up some serious data on the way the tech sector thinks and behaves. So it's not just a snapshot of the state of the IT recruitment market today – we can also plot the trends and identify shifts, making informed assessments of their causes. All in all, it's an interesting read and an essential resource for anyone looking to recruit in 2024 (or even if you're planning on making a career move of your own).

Just as we do with the salary benchmark, we're making the report available to you completely free. If you have any thoughts, comments or questions, we're all ears. Just drop us a line.
