“My favourite food is Mexican….in Mexico. To drink it has to be gin, which I’ll drink with pretty much anything.”

“Café Andaluz, a Spanish tapas restaurant, not quite my ideal Mexican but I love the relaxed atmosphere and the jugs of sangria!”
What’s your view of the market just now – where are the real challenges?
“The market is buoyant. There are a lot of vacancies out there which have been open for a while. The real challenges are attracting permanent candidates.”
What do candidates need to do better to help you get them a job?
“A solid CV that is up-to-date is the best way to start when searching for a job. Candidates who research the company before interviewing will have the edge over competition.”
Favourite (non work) website and why?
“I’d have to say missguided. I like to think of myself as a bit of a fashionista.”
Favourite (work) website and why?
“Computer Weekly. It shows all the latest IT news for different industries and keeps me ahead of the game.”
Favourite techie gadget?
“It’s got to be my mobile phone. Like most people I couldn’t live without it!”
