Introducing more change to Be-IT

Let’s start with what may seem a strange statement.
IT is not just about IT. Well, it is, obviously, but what we mean is that it’s also about change, and more specifically, Change Management. Technological change, naturally, but also the non-technical processes, procedures and governance that underpin that change. Programme Managers, Business Analysts and their ilk are vital cogs in many companies’ IT strategies and their importance is increasingly recognised by the premium that’s place on them in the recruitment market.
To that end, our Change Team is growing. Joining Leon Dick, Head of Change, is Murray Crowson, who has come to us from a finance background. His aim is to be “almost retired” in ten years’ time, presumably so he can then gorge on Chinese food and lager…
