CivTech 4.0: Solve a Challenge, build a business
Posted on 13th June 2019
Looking to work with the public sector, but put off by the red tape?
Have you thought about applying to the CivTech 4.0 programme?
CivTech is running two programmes this year, where they'll tell small businesses like yours just how to apply and then how you can work with the public sector but without all that cumbersome red sticky stuff. There are two events in the near future: firstly on 19th June at Glasgow Tontine and then the next day in Edinburgh at the CivTech studio. You can see more details at these links:
These sessions offer an ideal setting for start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs to learn about the Scottish Government's Digital Directorate's award-winning CivTech Programme and the launch of the CivTech 4.0 challenge on 15th July.
Founder and Programme Head, Alexander Holt, will talk you through the distinctive CivTech process and launchpad to public sector innovation as well as key programme dates for the upcoming cycle. You can also hear from some of the amazing companies which won contracts in previous cohorts and learn from them how they were funded to solve a challenge and then build a successful business.
