The role

You will be responsible for the management, development and hiring of the 1st line support team for a global business. You will monitor the progress of the support team and also get the chance to remain hands on, receiving and logging requests, troubleshooting and prioritising each request.

What you need?

To be successful, you will be experienced with:

  • Experience in team management
  • Windows Desktop and Server 
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Desktop Imaging
  • Remote Desktop Services
