Be-IT are working with a UK Wide client who are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer who will be working on various projects, supporting the delivery of onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support service to the company.
You will be providing company-wide technical support services to an ITIL Standard across hardware and software positions. You’ll ideally have previous experience in 1st and 2nd Line support, with expertise in Microsoft hardware and software, offering support to the business as a whole
