We’re seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Contract Business Analyst for an established and highly successful not for profit organisation in Glasgow which has an impressive reputation in the market.

Within this role you will report to the Senior Business Analyst and will work closely with the wider project teams and project environment, providing business analysis services and assisting in the identification of and providing recommendations for new/improved business processes and systems.  Strong data analysis and facilitation skills are a must for this role.

You will be expected to have had exposure to / possess the following skills: Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and meet strict deadlines; Proven track record in a Business Analysis role; Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework; Confident using a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and tools including complex modelling and scenario planning; Capable of challenging business and technology areas in order to achieve the optimal future design of any change initiative; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong facilitator - facilitation of Design Workshops, to achieve clear outcomes; Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i or an equivalent Enterprise package would be an advantage.

Experience & understanding of Providing business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative; Developing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels; Contribute to the development of business analysis processes and deliverables; Documentation of business processes, Gap analysis and recommendations for improvements; Gather, analyse, document and prioritise requirements;
