Are you Customer Success Manager? Are you experienced with technology post care support? Then please read on

Due to the continued success of a technology product line, a Microsoft Gold Partner IT company in Glasgow require a Customer Success Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

With a base in the city centre you will also be expected to travel to clients on site across the UK when required.

Core responsibilities include, Customer Implementation (from the end of the sales process, define use cases, work with the product team to create for use, implement and remain in touch to trouble shoot any potential issues). Training (group session and train the trainer. Develop training plans, schedule refresh courses). Account Management (Create a schedule for regular client contact, monitor client usage ensure all features are highlighted, arrange and secure renewals)

Experience in Customer Success working with technology products is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation skills and success delivering business improvement initiatives
