Would you like to be the first Data Scientist to work with a fast growing science start-up in Glasgow? How would you like to potentially change an entire scientific discipline using your machine learning expertise?
You will help a variety of multinationals to find insight into their experiments at a molecular level, at a deeper level than ever before. You'll be the first person to work with all this data that has been collected over the last few years and have the autonomy to approach things your way. You'll also be able to choose your preferred technology, whether that be Python, R, or something else.
And don't be daunted by the sciency stuff, you don't need to be a former physicist, chemist, or molecular biologist! You just need to use your experience in data analytics, machine learning and statistics to find the underlying patterns and behaviour.
You can also work from home 2-3 days per week, with flexible working hours, so this role could suit someone who isn't based in the city centre of Glasgow.
