Are you currently working in an IT Service Desk role and looking for your next step up?

Be-IT is recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst, to join our client's existing team. If you have an IT related degree and around a years' experience working on a service desk, then you would be a strong candidate for this role.

Having a full UK driving license for this role is key, as you would be expected to drive to client sites from time to time, whilst based in West Edinburgh most days of the week. However, you will be able to work from home at least one day per week.

Having a genuine interest in IT is essential for this position, as your typical day-to-day will involve logging and escalating tickets, networking, troubleshooting and communicating with users across Europe.

Ideally, you will have exposure across Microsoft Operating Systems, Server, basic networking, Active Directory and Exchange.

Aside from a salary of up to £30,000 DOE, you will be joining an excellent working environment where you will be able to work on exciting projects that genuinely improve the IT support environment for your users. There is also travel and progression opportunities within this position.
