Be-IT are working with a well-known and highly respected business who due to client wins are expanding their team. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide second line technical support to their clients. Primarily you will be supporting Windows environments so experience of Active Directory, Microsoft Office (ideally 365) and SharePoint are all highly desirable.

You’ll enjoy working in a dynamic environment and your day to day will vary due to the number of clients that you will be resolving tickets for. You will be keen to expand your technical skillset and will enjoy training/mentoring more junior members of the team.

Whilst it would be a massive plus if you have worked for a Managed Service Provider previously, however candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
