IT Support Engineer - Edinburgh - Permanent - £20,000 - £25,000

 

What will I be doing?

You will have the opportunity to become the sole IT support engineer within the company, taking ownership for the performance of the company's IT, while supporting 30+ staff, by responding to and resolving any IT related issues.

What do I need to succeed? 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for I.T with a thirst to continually learn and develop. You'll be excited about the internet and its positive, disruptive influence. We want problem solvers and people that like to be challenged.

Ideally, you'll be a recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree in an IT related discipline. 1-year experience working within an IT support function would be great however we could consider a trainee with solid technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have worked with PCs, Laptops, Windows OS, iOS and Android Phones, Networks and some cloud services, such as Azure and Office 365.
