We are recruiting on behalf of a Managed Service Provider, with a difference! They pride themselves on their ability to deliver results through their long serving expertise whilst working so closely with some of their client they become part of their IT Departments!
As an IT Technician you will provide front line support to a range of clients, guiding customers through the process of troubleshooting, diagnosing issues with hardware and software applications through to resolution both over the phone and where required, face to face. You will need to be proactive, inquisitive and someone who is genuinely passionate about technology and enjoys fully understanding the why of an issue rather than just a quick “how to”
Whilst enthusiasm and the right attitude for the job is what is most important you should also display technical abilities with the some of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2019
- Microsoft technologies such as Windows Desktop & Server, Active Directory, Exchange & System Centre
- VEAAM and Cloud hosted services
- VoIP handsets / software applications
