Be-IT is currently working with a ground-breaking medical technology and manufacturing company. This global company is looking to bring on a Technical Manufacturing Administrator for a brand-new team.
The purpose of the Technical Manufacturing Administrator is to ensure the administrative aspects of the product(s) are to the desired manufacturing readiness levels prior to certification and product transfer.
You should have the following skills and experiences: manufacturing experience; office experience in an administrative or clerical position; excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of employees including upper management, suppliers, operators, and external parties; experience with document management system; experience in managing plans for a team including adding new tasks and keeping plans up to date; high-quality documentation and Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products (such as Word and Excel).
This role will be a mixture of office and remote working. The main office is in Motherwell.
