We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an initial 6-month contract with extensions for a large business with global reach in central Glasgow.
In this role you’ll support a number of project managers and work with the wider project delivery team on all aspects of project administration and support. You’ll generate reports and work with the PMO team. You’ll support the bid process and help report on budgets and tracking. Finally acting as the point of contract and communicate project status to all participants.
To be considered you’ll need the following: proven work history as a Programme/Project Coordinator or similar role. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Planner. Hands-on experience with project management tools and PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
