We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an initial 6-month contract with extensions for a well known and global business in central Glasgow.
In this role you’ll support the project managers on all aspects of IT, transformation and governance. You’ll work closing with PMO and support the project delivery team with project administration. Help prepare reports and track budgets. And finally act as the point of contact for project status to all stakeholders.
To be considered for the role you’ll need the following: proven work experience as a Programme/Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans. Solid organisational skills and strong client-facing/teamwork skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Planner. Hands-on experience with project management tools and finally PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
