Be-IT are working with a highly respected business who due to client wins are expanding their team. Working from their Coatbridge office you will primarily be providing second line technical support to their clients. You will be supporting Windows environments so experience of Active Directory, Microsoft Office (ideally 365) and SharePoint are all highly desirable.

You’ll enjoy working in a dynamic environment and your day to day will vary due to the number of clients that you will be resolving tickets for. You will be used to supporting external clients and will enjoy working on a busy helpdesk.
