We’re seeking to recruit an experienced, customer focused Senior Portfolio Analyst (PMO) to work within a global financial services and stock transfer company based in the centre of Edinburgh.
In this role you will be responsible for a number of project and software development governance and reporting activities, upholding portfolio governance standards and educating the global development function in these principles. You will work to understand the business and technology needs of stakeholders and develop accurate portfolio reporting, set direction and act as a key liaison between all business functions, resolving issues and acting as a point of escalation and assisting the management team on issues raised whilst building effective relationships with business SMEs, colleagues and key stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience in a similar portfolio, project role within a large, global organisation along with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and management teams, providing updates, tracking follow up actions and milestones; Excellent reporting, data analysis, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and MS Office Skills; The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences, build and maintain valued relationships with clients, stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and implementation partners in order to drive change within a development focused environment.
