They provide Learning and Development solutions to some of the most internationally recognised organisations around the world and are looking for a Senior Service Designer who can help drive continuous process improvement using high-quality design as an approach. The process with help both with business objectives and/or to help their customers achieve their goals.
In this role, you’ll be involved in reviewing some of the tactical problems that the company is facing in delivering its products to the market. You will do this by identifying the needs of customers, and technical and business stakeholders through building strong relationships.
As a senior member of the team, you will also draw on your experience to help shape how the Design function develops and grows, while also being able to share your knowledge and experience of your discipline with others, including specific tools and techniques.
To be considered for this role
- You will have an intense curiosity about people and their problems and a real desire to understand users, clients, and stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Be able to work with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and focus on the requirements of business problems.
- Understand how to balance the needs of the user with the needs of the business.
- You can explore multiple solutions for a given problem through design exploration, mock-ups, prototypes, visualisations, and storyboards to test your ideas and communicate them internally and externally.
- Prototyping and Usability testing (ideally in Figma, Maze).
- You will have industry experience working either as a Service Designer or in a relevant alternative role; experience should involve using design to solve problems
- Experience working in digital transformation would be helpful
- You understand and have experience with a range of user-centered and agile practices
