This role will be a key part of the Change team, working closely with the business across a number of initiatives including functional and process changes, you will also support delivery teams in platform software updates and releases. You’ll have the opportunity to provide technical change support across all migration, re-platforming and analysis-based reviews to ensure key functionality is retained and/or optimised. As a technical Change Analyst, you’ll support the sophistication of change processes and be at the forefront of improving the user journey of new change requests.

Please find below some of the key activities involved in this role. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the following:

  • Working with key stakeholders to raise good quality change requests.
  • Support PMO and wider change team with the facilitation of group change discussions and processes.
  • Tracking, monitoring and analysing the progress of change initiatives and building strong MI measures to support this.
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement across products and processes.
  • Build meaningful working relationships with stakeholders and be able to tailor your influencing style to ensure successful delivery of change objectives
  • Great experience and confidence operating within both a financial operations and a technology led environment 
  • Strong analysis experience in software and business change environments.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies and bridging with waterfall if and when it’s more appropriate.
  • An understanding of what good requirements looks like and how to coach business stakeholders in understanding this too.
