Be-IT Resourcing are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer focused individual for a phone based support role in a successful Glasgow technology company. Your role will be to provide the 1st line of support for and customer issues. This will involve trouble shooting, problem solving and a proactive approach to finding a solution. 

If you work in a phone based customer support role, then you would be an ideal candidate. As an example, you might be providing customer support for a mobile network, or for online banking applications. You will need to be friendly, empathetic and willing to help customers to resolve technical issues, according to your training and the documentation provided on known problems.
